About Me

Penelope Flowers

BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clinical)

A primary focus of therapy is supporting people to discover what is important to them and helping them take steps towards it, regardless of what life is throwing at them. From our first interaction, I hope that my values of warmth and respect are felt and provide encouragement to engage in psychological support.

My role is to walk beside you during this period of your life, to provide skills and support and work through past difficult experiences impacting current responses. My goal over time is to ‘do myself out of a job’, with you having a better understanding of yourself and tools that you know are helpful to navigate life’s ups and downs.

I have a passion for supporting people who have experienced significant stress or trauma, whether recent or childhood. Often clients are high performers, first responders or defence veterans.

What is my ethos? I want to take time to learn what is important to you to enable us to take steps towards what you value. I want to create a therapy space that is warm, collaborative, goal-focused and non-judgmental.
